Join The Jasper Project and Bullets and Bandaids as we celebrate the opening of their exhibition in the gallery space at Harbison Theatre.
Bullets and Bandaids is a nonprofit organization whose mission is “to heal social barriers between veterans and civilians by celebrating our common human journey through storytelling and artwork." This organization works with all members of the community and beyond, giving veterans across all spectrums a creative outlet to tell their stories. Through the collaborations of veterans and civilian writers/artists locally, regionally, and globally, their exhibit highlights original stories, artwork, and voiceovers from across all demographics. Through this powerfully immersive experience, they facilitate healing dialogue that promotes positive change in ways never before seen.
At 7 PM, the founder will give a brief statement about the organization, allowing the opportunity for attendees to fully experience their work prior to the opening curtain for Jim Brickman: Hits Live! in Concert. During intermission, you're invited to revisit the art and speak with the artists individually about their work. Artwork will be available for sponsorship as it continues touring.
The exhibition is free and available for viewing through November 2023.
