Columbia, S.C. – A tribute to artists who founded their own musical hemispheres is coming to Harbison Theatre this month. “Complexions Presents Stardust From Bach to Bowie” features the music of David Bowie and Johann Sebastian Bach on Saturday, February 19 at 7:30 p.m.
Prior to the show, local dancers are invited to participate in a workshop with Complexions company members at the University of South Carolina. There will be two 90-minute advanced masterclasses for UofSC dancers and two 90-minute intermediate classes for members of the community.
“We are so excited that the Complexions dancers will be in Columbia and Harbison Theatre this month. This show brings visually stunning dance, coupled with amazing lighting effects, and then adds the classical brilliance of Bach and David Bowie!” said Kristin Cobb, Executive Director of HT@MTC. “Complexions promises to be something really special, and I hope you’ll join us.”
